DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and visionary IT
Director to lead our Digital Enablement & Operations team. In this
role, you will lead a global team of up to 100 professionals across
the U.S. and India-spanning Application Development, Operations,
Support, Architecture, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, QA,
and Project Management.You will be a senior leader responsible for
ensuring that the technology solutions we deliver are deeply
aligned with business priorities, trusted by our clients, and
capable of meeting both immediate operational needs and long-term
strategic goals.This role requires a unique mix of leadership,
strategic thinking, and operational excellence. It's an opportunity

- Simplify, modernize, and rationalize our business application
landscape.
- Partner with architecture and integration teams to develop
scalable, secure platforms.
- Foster cross-functional experimentation and co-creation of new
solutionsFinancial & Vendor Management
- Optimize cost and value across all business application
investments.
- Develop strategic vendor relationships that go beyond T&M
engagements and focus on outcomes.
- Ensure accurate budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking
aligned to business impact.QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or
related field from accredited program (Master's degree preferred)
14 years related professional experience, including 7 years (10
years preferred) managing teams required
- Expert knowledge of technology and the application of
technology in business.
- Proven ability to develop business and establish relationships
with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success in project management.
- Strong collaboration, organization, and problem-solving
skills.
- Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead and
manage.
- Excellent planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong
interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively
present complex information to all levels of employees, management,
and clients.Strongly preferred:
- Ability to drive business-aligned IT strategies through
stakeholder collaboration and strategic thinking.
- Expertise in quality assurance methodologies and software
testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder
management skills.
- SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), PMI Agile Certified
Practitioner (PMI-ACP), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP-ENT) or
similar certifications are a plus.Key Competencies:
