Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and software solutions, is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager for our Government and Enterprise Risk Management (GERM) division. In this role, you will be bridging the gap between our cutting-edge payment technologies and our key government and enterprise clients, ensuring they receive first-class service and support. This position is crucial in maintaining and expanding our market share by leveraging in-depth industry insights and bespoke customer relationship strategies. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key government and enterprise clients. Understand client needs and tailor payment solutions that align with their business objectives and risk strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize payment solutions. Monitor account health and proactively address client issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Achieve sales targets through effective relationship management and customer engagement. Negotiate contract terms and close deals with senior management of clients. Stay abreast of industry trends and client needs to aid in the development of targeted products. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Expertise in sales and client relationship management. Solid understanding of government and enterprise risk management. Ability to work collaboratively across teams. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Relationship Management Specialist (CRMS) preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
