Job Description:

Gpac is working with leading company in the ag industry who is seeking an experienced--Maintenance Director to join their team.----Requirements:

• 5 years of leadership experience in Maintenance with Milling background required
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field preferred
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical, diagram, written and/or verbal form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
• SQF certification preferred
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and/or governmental regulations
• Professional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write informative reports, business correspondence and formal presentations, that can be effective to all levels of personnelResponsibilities:
  • Lead, direct and coach Maintenance leadership team in daily activities such as Preventative Maintenance, troubleshooting and ensuring that Production equipment is in safe and efficient working condition as well as responding in a timely manner to equipment breakdowns
  • Identify, troubleshoot, plan and implement corrective action for Maintenance related issues
  • Provide support and alternatives for Production supervisors and managers relevant to process and food safety improvements
  • Be familiar with OSHA regulations and work with other members of Senior Leadership to receive, evaluate and report work needed to keep the mills running in accordance with government requirements
  • Analyze and recommend ideas for Maintenance related areas--
  • Control mechanical expenses within established budget and actively pursue cost reduction opportunities--Comp: $100k - $140k base salary bonus potentialPlease submit a resume for consideration.
