The successful candidate will know NFPA70E, the NEC, and National Beef electrical standards. They will have responsibility of periodic reviews of all personnel and the development of a course of training for each person within that group. They will monitor and measure the Electricians and Electronic Control Technicians for growth and development.Key Roles and Responsibilities:SafetyTrainingMentoringSchedulingReading and interpreting electrical schematicsImplementing new ideas/equipmentPM improvementAny other assignments from Maintenance SuperintendentThis is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.Qualifications:Qualified candidates for the Electronics Controls Supervisor position should possess the following:Extensive reading, and writing. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma and some collegeAbove average mathematical skills requiredKnowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery.
