Description:Position Summary: Assist laboratory personnel in basic chemistry tasks and sample preparation, inspection of manufacturing/filling area to insure GMP compliance, organization and review of batch records, oversee raw material inventory cards, oversee retention program, oversee label storage and accountability.Essential Job Functions:Perform basic chemical analysis on raw and finished product.Perform chemical purity testing for the high purity water system.Perform administrative duties such as filing paperwork, constructing spread sheets, and logging of results. Organize and maintain sample retain area.Organize and maintain raw material inventory cards.Communicate lab results to internal or external customers effectively as required.Organize and maintain label storage area.Comply with all regulations safety and otherwise from local, state, and federal agencies, (OSHA, FDA etc.Skills: chemistry, lab tech, chemist, quality assurance, quality control, microbiologyTop Skills Details:microbiologychemistrylab technicianAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVES: College degree in biology, chemistry or any life sciences, need at least 6 months of laboratory experience in an academic lab performing basic wet chemistry techniques. Need computer skills to perform QA and return emails to clients.
