Job Description:

outstanding services across North America. As a Lease Driver, you
will have the opportunity to operate in a dynamic environment that
focuses on solutions such as flatbed, specialized, heavy haul, and
van transportation. This role blends independence with strong
company support to ensure your success on and off the road. Safely
operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods as scheduled and
ensure timely delivery. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
to verify the vehicle is in the optimal condition and compliant
with safety standards. Adhere to laws and regulations regarding
truck driving including size, weight, route designations, parking,
break periods, and more. Maintain logs of working hours or of
vehicle service or repair status extensively, following applicable
state and federal regulations. Coordinate with dispatchers,
warehouse staff, and customers to communicate updates or concerns.
Ensure all required documentation is completed, signed, and
submitted after delivery. Ability to maneuver and park large
heavy-duty trucks. Experience with electronic equipment and
software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc.). Good understanding of truck
maintenance and repair. Strong time management and organizational
skills. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) including
appropriate endorsements such as Class A or B, depending on the
vehicle operated. A clean driving record and the ability to pass a
drug test and background check. Optional: Certification from a
professional truck driving school.
