TRUE AG & TURF IS HIRING DIESEL MECHANICS Falls City, NE Benefits: Our mechanics make between $25 - $45 per hour based on experience Company-provided uniforms Paid training is offered to mechanics with basic mechanical skills 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees only Benefits begin for employees on the 1st of the month 401k with up to a 5% match 3% Safe Harbor contribution to employee's 401k regardless of whether you contribute or not $50 cell phone reimbursement per management approval 120 hours of PTO at the start of employment with a max accrual of 240 hours Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license Must have your own tools Must be able to pass a drug test and fit for duty physical Preferred formal training in working with diesel equipment/heavy equipment/farm equipment We prefer to have mechanics with 6 months to a year of previous diesel mechanic experience All diesel mechanics with at least 6 months of experience will be considered, but your pay is based on mechanical experience with heavy-duty/farm equipment About True Ag & Turf In July 2023 True Ag & Turf was created, it is a collaboration of 3 small family-owned businesses and will continue to serve all of its customers with the same commitment to family values.
