The General Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to staffing, customer service, financial performance, and compliance with company policies. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry. - Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations, inventory management, and customer service. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to lead a team and drive results. - Proficiency in using restaurant management software is a plus.
