Job DescriptionCustomer Service/Technical Writer and
Documentation SpecialistThe successful candidate is responsible for
creating written instructions for customers, updating EMS software
instruction manuals, and testing all new software changes prior to
customer release to understand functionality. Use your customer
service experience and problem solving skills to research and
resolve EMS guardianship software issues for customers through
phone, email and online support. Successful candidate will display
the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all
types of customers both in writing and on the phone. Customer
Service experience, excellent communication required. Technical
writing experience is a plus. This position is not a remote
