HCA Healthcare invites applications for the role of Clinical Nurse Coordinator Inpatient Oncology. This position requires overseeing inpatient care in our oncology department, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and operational efficiency. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing patient care plans alongside physicians, contributing to clinical decision-making, and leading nursing staff. This role demands a compassionate individual committed to providing exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Coordinate and manage the nursing care for oncology patients. Implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. Lead and train nursing staff, promoting professional development. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in interdisciplinary teams to improve service delivery and patient outcomes. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical assessment and patient care planning Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of oncology nursing practices and procedures Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred
