Provide immediate medical attention to patients in emergency
situations with comprehensive and compassionate care. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with

Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring
that they are informed and supported through their medical
procedures. Stay current with new treatments, procedures, and

Strong clinical skills in emergency room settings Ability to
function effectively under pressure Excellent decision-making and
problem-solving skills Proficient in using healthcare software and
systems Effective communication and interpersonal skills Medical

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or a compact
state license Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is desirable
