Office & Team Contributions Maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional demeanor at all times Support a collaborative team environment built on trust, honesty, and respect Be proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented Adapt easily to changes and new technology within the practice Social Media & Creativity Assist in creating and posting engaging content for the office’s social media platforms Stay current with social media trends relevant to dental practices Capture patient-approved photos/videos, office highlights, and promotions Contribute creative ideas to enhance the practice’s online presence and branding Why Join Our Practice Supportive and positive work environment Opportunity to grow professionally and creatively Patient-focused, modern dental office Team that values integrity, excellence, and compassion Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000 yearly Responsibilities: Provide extraordinary patient care by assisting the dentist during clinical procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials according to clinical standards Take and process dental radiographs and impressions as needed Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-operative care Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with office protocols Demonstrate excellent time management to keep the schedule running efficiently Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members Assist with sterilization, infection control, and overall office organization Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience working as a Dental Assistant Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Passion for patient care and professional growth Comfortable using dental software and modern technology Creative mindset with an interest in social media and marketing Reliable, honest, and self-motivated About Company Our priority is helping patients achieve and maintain beautiful, healthy & confident smiles.
