Job Description:
Experienced registered nurse with the ability to practice
independently in a clinical setting.
Provides routine and complex patient care, managing long-term goals
and responding to clinical contingencies.
Delegates tasks appropriately to care team members to ensure
efficient patient management.
Utilizes the nursing process-----"assessment, diagnosis, planning,
intervention, and evaluation-----"aligned with ANA standards.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social
needs, providing education to patients and families.
Administers medications and treatments per protocols, monitoring
for side effects and effectiveness.
Documents patient information accurately and thoroughly.
Assesses learning needs and offers education and resources to
patients and caregivers.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), at least 1
year of related experience, BLS certification, and RN license in
the state or a compact license.
Full-time position with a focus on leadership and adherence to
professional standards.
