*** $10,000 sign on bonus***Looking for an experienced LPN or RN.-Infection Control Preventionist-Review and analyze medical records to ensure accurate and complete documentation- Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary information for proper coding and billing- Conduct assessments of patient's medical conditions and develop care plans- Coordinate and facilitate communication between healthcare team members, patients, and families- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and guidelines- Perform utilization management activities to optimize patient care and resource allocation- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and treatment plans```Requirements```- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting- Strong knowledge of patient care practices and documentation review processes- Familiarity with primary care, Medicare regulations, and coding systems (ICD-9)- Experience in pediatrics or nursing home settings is a plus- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail- Ability to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families- Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation purposes- On call rotationJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $26.00 - $41.50 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceMedical Specialty:* GeriatricsPhysical Setting:* Long term care* Nursing homeAbility to Relocate:* Independence, MO 64055: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
