City, Missouri area!As a Clinical Evaluator, you will conduct
comprehensive evaluations to assess individuals' mental health,
behavioral, or substance abuse issues. They use standardized
assessment tools and clinical interviews to gather information,
identify symptoms, and determine the severity of conditions. Based
on your evaluations, you will provide recommendations for
treatment, support, and resources to help individuals achieve

Responsibilities:Clinical Assessments and EvaluationsConduct
comprehensive clinical evaluations, including interviews,
observations, and assessmentsUse standardized assessment tools and
rating scales to gather information and identify symptomsAssess
individuals' mental health, behavioral, or substance abuse
issuesEvaluate the severity of conditions and identify potential
risks or concernsDiagnostic Formulation and RecommendationsDevelop
diagnostic formulations and recommendations for treatmentIdentify
appropriate levels of care, such as outpatient, inpatient, or
residential treatmentRecommend evidence-based treatments, such as
therapy, medication, or support groupsDevelop personalized
treatment plans that address individuals' unique needs and
goalsDocumentation and CommunicationMaintain accurate and detailed
records of evaluations, assessments, and treatment
recommendationsCommunicate effectively with individuals, families,
and healthcare providersProvide clear and concise explanations of
evaluation findings and treatment recommendationsCollaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive careProfessional
Development and TrainingStay current with best practices, research,
and emerging trends in clinical evaluation and treatmentParticipate
in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and
knowledgeAttend workshops, conferences, and seminars to stay
up-to-date on industry developmentsPursue certification or
licensure in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or
counselingEducation and/or Experience Qualifications:Minimum of
Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related
field required.State licensure required for the location and
practice including LP, PLP, LPC, PLPC, LCSW, LMSW, PLMFT, or
PLMFT.Additional Qualifications: A valid driver's license and a
reliable vehicle. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility
and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Compassion, empathy,
