They are looking for a seasoned facilities manager. 600,000 square feet. Everything about this
plant is going well.---
Spent a lot of time turning the plant around. Troubleshooting and thinking outside the box.---
Going to be in charge of janitorial, fire system, HVAC chillers, and landscaping, forklifts.---
Have to have knowledge in all of those areas---
Need facilities management experience---
Have a background in fire system, chillers, air compressor---
Going to have to have soft skills, put spreadsheets together---
Need good interpersonal skills.---
Clear understanding of budgeting process---
Have a very good understanding of job hazardSkills:
Years of Experience needed: 5 years of facilities management experience, technical background
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: MS Office, Excel
Certifications/Licenses:
N/A
Top Must have Skills:
Need facilities management experience
Have a background in fire system, chillers, air compressor
