Technician! If you enjoy hands-on work, solving mechanical
challenges, and taking pride in precision craftsmanship, this is
the opportunity for you! We’re looking for a Mold Technician who’s
eager to learn and grow with a team that values safety, teamwork,
and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do: Learn the ins and outs
of complex injection mold assemblies Disassemble, clean, lubricate,
and reassemble molds with precision Use measuring tools such as
calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy Assist Mold Makers with
assembly and disassembly as needed Safely handle tools, equipment,
and molds while following all safety protocols Contribute to a
positive team environment and help keep operations running smoothly
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the
department Requirements: What We’re Looking For: Strong mechanical
aptitude and a natural problem solver Safety-conscious mindset and
commitment to quality Reliable, career-minded individual with a
positive, “can-do” attitude Self-starter who can work well
independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and
dependability Must have or be able to obtain forklift certification
Will need to provide personal hand tools Preferred Skills:
Mechanical or manufacturing background Ability to read blueprints
Basic computer knowledge Experience using manual machine tools
