Deliver high-quality patient care under the guidance of a mentor. Participate in learning modules and hands-on activities designed for skill enhancement. Engage fully with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Adhere to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements. Promote patient's independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching and counseling patients and reinforcing their understanding of disease, medications, and self-care skills. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to operate medical equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must pass the NCLEX-RN exam prior to commencement. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
