of on-the-job experience in graphic design, must be authorized to
work in the US, and be within commuting distance of our office in
Gladstone, MO, to be considered for this position. Signs Now in
Gladstone is looking for a full-time, in-person Graphic
Designer/Production to join our team. Primary duties include a
combination of graphic design, running printers, and manufacturing
signs. Installation experience is also an advantage. We are looking

Responsibilities: Design orders for clients to meet their specific
requirements and needs. Ability to communicate and work with
customers. Inspects jobs for accuracy before sending them to
production equipment. Work the production table, producing the
signs, such as weeding, laminating, and applying graphics to the
substrate. Manage tight deadlines and rush orders. Prioritize jobs
to balance multiple projects daily. Maintain the POS system by
updating order statuses. Manage upkeep of printing and other
equipment, including regular maintenance and cleaning. Maintains
accurate electronic and paper records of file storage for all
proofs/renderings. Follow safety protocols. Must be able to lift up
to 60 pounds. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 3-4 years
of on-the-job experience in graphic design is required. Ability to
deliver creative, high-quality designs within reasonable timeframes
in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ability to operate
printers (we have an HP Latex Printer), vinyl cutters, and a
laminator. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are a must. Knowledge of
Onyx Postershop or equivalent is a plus. Strong spelling, grammar,
and math skills required. Strong verbal and written communication
skills. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and
prioritize. Strong PC skills and internet, Facebook, and sign
production software skills. Have a “Can Do, Results Driven”
