Description Collaborate within an integrated delivery team to plan, execute, and wrap up complex construction projects from early-stage coordination through final turnover. Serve as a key liaison with owners and consultants, addressing challenges and driving timely solutions to maintain project momentum. Support cost planning efforts by contributing to early-stage pricing exercises and formal bid submissions. Partner with field leadership and office personnel to verify cost projections, identifying potential gaps or opportunities prior to execution. Perform in-depth design and site evaluations to ensure alignment with project specifications, standards, and client expectations. Build and refine comprehensive project timelines, conducting regular assessments and adjustments as needed. Lead the creation and tracking of financial baselines, forecasting expenditures and anticipating cost impacts through project lifecycle. Manage procurement efforts including strategy, trade coverage, and award decisions for competitively bid and negotiated work. Develop detailed work package outlines and oversee formal contracting processes with external partners. Monitor jobsite compliance and promote safe practices through direct involvement in field inspections and team engagement. Maintain a working command of each phase in the construction delivery process, including technical, logistical, and regulatory components. Take ownership of assigned projects-guiding from contract award through final delivery-as the primary representative to clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with trade partners and vendors, overseeing performance, progress billing, and final documentation. Track and manage all financial aspects of the build, ensuring alignment with cost targets and reporting standards.
