  What You'll Do
  
  • 
    
  • Administer and analyze Yardi Investment Management software to uphold data accuracy and system integrity
    
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify patterns, disparities, and daylight system improvements
    
  • Collaborate effectively between the Investments and Accounting teams to address financial system challenges and implement solutions
    
  • Develop and update financial reports to offer valuable insights to stakeholders
    
  • Aid in training staff on financial systems and processes
    
  • Stay abreast of financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance

    Who You Are
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
      
    • Proven experience in administering and analyzing Yardi Investment Management software; or something similar
      
    • Experience with financial system implementations
      
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data effectively
      
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
      
    • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
      
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools
