Contoller responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the National Beef Leathers financial close process including creation, posting, and reviewing journal entries
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations
• Track and reconcile all capital projects and fixed assets
• Perform actual vs planned return analysis on all payback projects
• Provide analysis as needed for revenue and expense reporting
• Lead the annual budget process
• Provide profit and loss projections as requested
• Train backup(s) on all duties and keep them up to date on all responsibilities and processes
• Additional duties as assigned This is not a remote position. This is a safety sensitive position. Qualified candidates for the Controller position should possess the following:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Prior operations accounting experience
  • Experience working with yield and cost comparisons
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Possesses good analytical, time management, and process management skills
